I am a bad aunt…I got so caught up in the wedding season, that I forgot to blog the newest addition to our family! Not my immediate family..no more babies for me right now, I don’t think I’d survive…but my cousin Leigh’s newest addition. Ella was pure sweetness. She was so sleepy and did my favorite newborn pose all on her own, the “i’m so sleepy that my arm flops over my head” pose. It’s a very tricky pose, and only the sleepiest of newborns can pull it off…anyway. enjoy the newborn yumminess, and stay tuned for a few more e-sessions to come! I hope everyone is enjoying this cool Georgia weather…God knows how long it’ll last…

Christy and I are on an engagement session rampage! Heather and Adrian are the first of many ( I think five ) e-sessions that I have to blog in the next couple of weeks…lots of fun sessions to share, starting with this adorable couple. These two were so relaxed and at ease with eachother, and had tons of cute ideas to incorporate into their session. They’re getting married at the Mary Gay House in Decatur in a few weeks and we can’t wait!! Enjoy!

We had such a great time with Tamara & James in Atlanta last week. After months of talking on the phone and emailing (they live in Texas,) we finally got to meet them for the first time for their engagement session! They are such a beautiful couple, and so easy to photograph…and we couldn’t have done it without Tamara’s beautiful daughter…she was quite the little director, giving posing advice and making us all crack up! We even snuck in a few shots of her while Tamara and James were changing into their second outfit…thanks so much you guys for a great shoot, and we can’t wait to photograph your big day at Callanwalde in October. It is going to be an AMAZING day!! Enjoy!

My cousin and I have been trying forever to get our schedules coordinated to get Liam’s photos done, and finally a few weeks ago we made it happen. It was very impromptu…we just grabbed a few props and ran out to her sister’s property, but I am in love with his photos. It just goes to show that you don’t need a big plan to have a great session…just good lighting and a happy kiddo! Liam is usually in the company of his older twin sisters, so I rarely get a chance to see his little personality shine through…he is just the cutest!
