All boy….Atlanta children’s photographer.

My cousin and I have been trying forever to get our schedules coordinated to get Liam’s photos done, and finally a few weeks ago we made it happen. It was very impromptu…we just grabbed a few props and ran out to her sister’s property, but I am in love with his photos.  It just goes to show that you don’t need a big plan to have a great session…just good lighting and a happy kiddo!  Liam is usually in the company of his older twin sisters, so I rarely get a chance to see his little personality shine through…he is just the cutest!  So silly and sweet, and loves his mommy like crazy.  Here are a few of my faves from his shoot: all cute poses courtesy of Liam himself…

Rachel & Chris say ‘I do!’…Dunaway Gardens, Atlanta Wedding Photography

Let me just start off by saying how much we ADORE Chris and Rachel and their families.  They asked Christy and me to photograph their rehearsal dinner, and we were so fortunate that we did.  Not only were we able to check out the venue before the big day, but we really got to know the hearts and the love story of this beautiful couple.  They spoke about each other’s parents so lovingly, and they were so thankful to them.  Chris and Rachel truly have  hearts for God, and are blessed with amazing friends and family.

Their wedding day, both ceremony and reception,  was at Dunaway Gardens in Newnan, and it was just stunning!  All of the beautiful details and planning were handled by the fabulous Corrie Kirk (and let me just say, she is the wonder woman of wedding coordinators:))  The bridal party was so much fun, the ceremony was emotional, and the reception was gorgeous!  We could not have asked for a better day (well, it WAS like 95 degrees, so I may have asked for a cooler day!)

Onto the photos…I know that I always say “there are so many photos, I can barely choose my favorites” and this time is no exception.  So, here are a few of our favorites…there are MANY more to come!!  Thanks so much Rachel and Chris for a beautiful experience and we wish you lots of  love and blessings in your future together!  Can’t wait to see the beautiful babies you make!!

Stella Blue…6 days new. Atlanta baby photographer.

If that is not the coolest name ever, I don’t know what is.  During my quiet newborn sessions, I always wonder what these tiny new people will grow up to be….I imagined Stella to be a clothing designer, or a poet, or something very sophisticated yet quirky.  I’m sure her parents have their own dreams for Stella, but those are mine, ha!  I’m being a little candid, as it is 2:30 am and the sleepiness is setting in…

Anyway, it was SUCH a pleasure to meet Stella and her sweet family.  She is such a loved and adored little girl.  Here are a few of my favorite shots from our session.  Whenever I have a muscular dad, I try for this shot below…this one is my first success, and I LOVE it!!  Enjoy you guys!

Sunshine…Atlanta baby photographer.

After weeks of coordinating schedules, I finally had the privilege of  shooting at this gorgeous family’s home last Friday to capture their first family pics as a foursome.  We accomplished so much in the few hours we spent together and it was so much fun!  I think they may have had the CUTEST little 2 year old I’ve ever met.  She was cracking me up with her little sayings “easy, easy” and “no and no and no.”  I asked her if we could bring her dollhouse outside and she responded with “ooh, that would be soooo eh-sy-ting!” (exciting in 2 year old)   We played and played, and snapped a few pics in between….

We also managed to sneak in a ‘mini’ newborn session and some family pics….it was such a pleasure meeting you guys!! I hope you enjoy your sneak peak!  Many more to come, but I’ve got to get some rest, big wedding tomorrow!! Stay tuned!
